Best Chefs America
The inaugural edition of Best Chefs America was just released in March of 2013. It is a resource book listing chefs considered by their peers to be among the best chefs across America. BCA staff conducted over 70,000 chef interviews narrowing down the list of nominees in an unbiased fashion. The process yielded results whereby less than 1% of all chefs and professional cooks in America made it into the book. It was based on chef recommendations and nominations of their peers ... You cannot nominate yourself, have a friend nominate you or pay to be in this book, nor are you privy to who nominated you for this honor. Those included in the book are considered the best and most respected among their peers ... Our chef, Elizabeth Lee was honored and included in this book ...
